One of Živa’s sons, he surpassed his mother in strength at the beginning of the third age.

He is one of the first gods who accepted the new Umbrus and the dragons, and in gratitude Umbrus gifted him a black-and-gold dragon.\\    
The dragon is named “Vita Siderum”. On its back is a beautiful saddle woven from leather and  
red silk with golden and black details. On the saddle is engraved a prophecy  
in which a new God capable of truly creating will be born from a cosmic egg.\\
On the other hand Pelor has gathered enough enemies, especially among the crueler and darker gods.  
He considers Zehir his main rival even though he is far more powerful than him.

He is adorned with long white, scattered hair, a golden helmet as well as armor with dark brown leather details.  
His skin is light blue in color, and a cloak with bear fur around the neck stretches all the way to the floor.  
In one hand he holds a spear at whose tip is a small sun.  
The other hand gently holds against his chest an egg wrapped in the softest silk and baize.

In folklore Pelor is often a helper of heroes and fighters against the forces of evil.\\
There exists a myth that Zehir tried to steal Pelor’s egg.  
Still angry because of Umbrus’s takeover of the domain of dragons,  
Zehir wanted to take control of the new god even before it was born.\\
Pelor’s followers claim that the beast from the shadows did not succeed in sneaking up on the most sacred light,  
and that only thanks to Pelor’s mercy is Zehir still alive. \\
Zehir’s followers claim that he succeeded and replaced the real egg with an egg of one of his beasts.\\
The truth will be known when it hatches.

Most often he has been followed by people who dedicated themselves to the skills of healing, as well as bard adventurers, druids and rangers.\\
Pelor’s adherents were usually individuals of strong will, who cared for nature and protected others in  
his name.\\
Pelor’s temples were usually built of bright, white materials and were kept impeccably clean.  
They were constructed with wide open spaces so that enough sunlight would shine inside.  
In them there were often functional hospitals in which Pelor’s faithful could care for  
the sick and wounded.

Pelor’s doctrine teaches that strength is best manifested through generosity and repentance.  
Those with true power never need to demonstrate it to others.\\
Another myth about Zehir and Pelor says that Pelor long ago imprisoned Zehir’s creation called Quajath.  
Supposedly this was necessary for the preservation of countless lives. It is said, Zehir will not forgive him for it.
