| Deity: | Death |

| Symbol: | Skull from which black slime drips |
| Aspects: | Death, Decay, Undeath |
A relatively young god for his power. He was created by fanatics obsessed with decay and their frequent worship of one black slime from which nothing that entered ever came out.
This Deity has no sense for politics or any interest in negotiations; many other Gods believe this Deity doesn’t even possess a mind or the capacity for thought. They never imagined his power would grow so much and so quickly. Had they realized, they would have destroyed him while they still had the chance.
A mass of bones, black slime, and shadow that has no definitive appearance or shape. Quite often he appears in the form of an enormous centipede with quasi-mouths made of bones capable of crushing even the sturdiest material armor; its numerous legs end in spikes that pierce the ground on which Nerull stands. Other forms in which Nerull manifests include: a gigantic mouth on the belly of a twisted worm with legs and wings, an entire army of morbid creatures, pools of black slime leading into the abyss. What all his appearances have in common is that the person who sees him can see only him—everything else is darkness.
He is not mentioned at all in folklore, but numerous cults worship this god, often offering him sacrifices. They call him the demon of darkness, the demon of death, death in its true form, the god of all the dead. Some describe Nerull as the end of the world, what awaits everything and everyone.
Worship of this Deity manifests through rituals, sacrifices, and the death of his followers or people killed in his name. Any soul that arrives in his domain—whether that soul was his follower or not—becomes part of him; he absorbs it, and during the decay of the victim’s body, it materializes within the Deity itself and becomes part of that manifestation. Nerull’s followers feel no pain.
He supports his followers and grants them the power to raise the dead in the form of skeletons or zombies. The destruction of such raised creatures directly feeds the body of the Deity himself.
His summoning on Obliviscetura caused his death and a significant loss of his power. Upon returning to his realm, he noticed how much smaller it had become because of one person. The ONLY person with whom he ever entered into negotiations—Todolič. All his wealth and dread vanished overnight. His pain could be heard throughout his entire realm when he screamed.
But in that pain something else was brewing. A desire for revenge was brewing, a desire to consume all those who did this to him, to consume the new Goddess of order Teuta, her father Svarožić, the Goddess Raven Queen and all her avatars, but most of all to find Todolič and give him all the pain he didn’t feel because of him, and then tear him apart atom by atom.
But before that, he must gather his strength and show Obliviscetura that he is not dead after all, that he is still here.
