There are many gods who claim to care for the cosmic order. Only one of them has specialized in planets — Aureon. By tending to the very orbits of the planets, as well as their axial tilt, he creates, in his own words, a symphony of life.
Even a slight tilt could have enormous consequences for the living conditions on those planets, yet under Aureon’s eye there is only perfection.

White feathers adorn his head, and his eyes are pearly and radiant. Across his body, between the feathers, grow golden wheat and chamomile. His body resembles that of a great owl, and beneath what would be his wings are two dark-skinned, pleasantly full humanoid arms.

This deity sometimes has disagreements with other gods of order, especially Pholtus. Such disputes are mostly about credit for the “cosmic order.”
For similar reasons this deity does not get along with the newest deities, considering that they disrupt the perfection within the pantheon.

In mythology he is mentioned as a sponsor to heroes, providing them with the means to establish order where there is none. Historical records of such events do not exist, yet it is also possible that the oral tradition has outlived the written one.
In written, more recent legends he is identified with the entire galaxy or with pantheons of gods, always exerting an abstract, indirect influence on events.

His faithful differ greatly from one another depending on which of his aspects they worship.
Worshippers of his aspect of perfection often come into conflict with the followers of other gods of order over questions of credit, despite having similar goals and methods.
On the other hand, the adherents of his aspect of knowledge are often cults of more questionable methods. They accuse the rest of the pantheon of rejecting or hiding certain knowledge that some would consider dangerous or monstrous. In keeping with such beliefs, many cultists disfigure themselves with monstrous mutations, regarding them as a sign of beauty and righteousness — just like the arms of their god.

Because of the role of this god’s followers as state officials and because of his aspect of truth, the name of this god is often used as an oath in court.
